There will be 2 different bus tours.

Visit to Flädie Mat och Vingård
A combination of Vineyard, Wine tourism and Conference facilities.
14:30-15:45
Visit to Kullabergs vingård
One of the most expanding Vineyards.
Demonstration of vineyard machines.
Coffee will be served here.
15:45-18:30
Transport to Pometet, Taastrup, Denmark

Friday August 3, 2018 - Danish Wineries
Friday the 3, we have an excursion to 3 Danish wine producers.
We have a rather long drive (1 hour 45) so we have to start early.
Departure from the Hotel will be 8.00! Please be in time.
There will be 2 busses with 80-85 people in total. Both busses follow the same route and we then split up in smaller groups at the visits.

Arrival Dyrehøj Vingård
Visit in 3 groups
1) visit winery
2) visit vineyard
3) wine tasting in tasting room.
After half an hour we shift around so all visits are repeated 3 times. After this a light lunch/sandwich will be served.
Dyrehøj Vingård owned and run by Tom Christensen and Bettina Newberry is situated at the peninsula Røsnæs, and is the largest grape producer in DK.
The winemaker Zachary Brierly has a master in wine from New Zealand.

Departure and drive to Ørnberg Vingård

Arrival at Ørnberg Vingård.
We split in only 2 groups.
1) Visit the vineyard and have a machine demonstration by the company Braun
2) Visit the vinery (incl tasting)
The groups circulate after an hour.
Ørnberg Vingård. The vineyard is likely to be situated on the best climatic spot for vinegrowing in Denmark.
The owners are both educated agronomists from Copenhagen University (The former Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University).

Departure for Vejrhøj Vingård

Arrival at Vejrhøj Vingård.
Here we split in 2 groups again.
1) Visit vineyard
2) Visit vinery (incl. tasting)
Change after half an hour.
Vejrhøj Vingård situated on a hillside overlooking the coastline between Røsnæs and Sjællands Odde.
Niels and Nina Fink owns and run the vinery.
